🥳A Most Unreliable Narrator 💪🏻Issue #211 World Bipolar Day
You regular reminder I am a #bipolarist
Dear Internet,
March 30th is World Bipolar Day. March 30th was chosen as it’s the birthdate of Vincent Van Gogh, who was post-humously diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The man’s a genius.
Since I’m super open about my crazy, I’ll keep it short this week:
My chapbook commercial breaks: a journey into mania is available on Amaozn and is free on Kindle Unlimited, $2.99 for the eBook if you’re not on KU, and $10 for the paperback. Fun fact: This book is in a local library!
My piece, “Unbreakable: A Message of Strength, Hope, and Survival,” is up at the International Bipolar Foundation. They did an essay call for posts to publish today, so ofc I had to submit.
I’m working out the logistics if I’m doing the Out of Darkness walk for the Grand Rapids or N. Michigan chapters of American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. I did the walk a few years back, raised some decent cash, and enjoyed it. The coordinator for N. Michigan is ghosting me and it’s driving me crazy. If you don’t want to deal with N. Michigan walk, that’s totally fine. I’ll sign up for Grand Rapids and start fundraising. Instead, radio silence.
ANY WHO!
That’s it today! I’m a week early, so I may not send out a newsletter next Sunday.
