Throbbing Cabin is in Leelanau County whose local weekly newspaper, the Leelanau Enterprise, publishes the dispatch calls to 911. Additional reporting by The Ticker.

Wednesday, Nov. 10
9:35 a.m. — Cleveland Township — Callers daughter was contacted via Snapchat. Threats. Caller doesn’t want to speak with daughter and does not want law enforcement to do anything until he speaks to his attorney.
11:06 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is concerned for dog named “Lucky.” Reddish brown. Has been loose. Owners didn’t know it was missing. Caller is worried about dog’s safety on the busy road.
11:57 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller had contractors at the house today installing flooring when someone showed up at the door and came inside. Looked around and said he was looking at the architecture and wanted to paint his house. Contractors escorted the male out but thought it was very suspicious.
Thursday, Nov. 11
8:59 a.m. — Kasson Township — Disorderly person.
11:05 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller states her neighbor cut trees on her property, based on property markers.
1:11 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller reports a scammer accessed her bank account.
8:09 p.m. — Empire Township — Caller requests standby. His crew was putting in fiber optic cables when a drill went into one of the customer’s properties. They called and were being very rude and aggressive.
8:25 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Someone knocking on caller’s door. Caller doesn’t want him there. The knocking has stopped. Subject left.
Friday, Nov. 12
4:46 p.m. — Leland Township — Driver swerved to miss a bucket. Car went off the road and rolled over.
7:42 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Man was staring at group all night at the bar. When they went to walk home he was following them. They also saw him in their driveway. He was wearing a brown, leather jacket, fedora and has glasses. Walking around the residence. (Per law enforcement, subject lives down the road from caller and was just walking home. He had also been drinking.)
8:39 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Yesterday caller heard noises outside of screen door like someone hitting rocks together. Today it sounded like there was a person leaning on the screen door. (Law enforcement check the area. No one outside the residence.)
Saturday, Nov. 13
8:36 a.m. — Centerville Township — Tenant is slamming doors and yelling. Threatening comments to caller and her son. (Officer spoke with both parties extensively. They agreed to avoid each other and not engage in conversation. They were advised if the situation escalates again, one or both of them could face charges.)
6:48 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller reports she met someone to buy a phone from them. Found the item online marketplace. When she received the phone, it turned out to be a fake.
Sunday, Nov. 14
4:38 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Blue truck drove across the park through the grass and is now parked on the south side. No one inside the vehicle.
Monday, Nov. 15
9:56 a.m. — Empire Township — Deputy spoke with neighbors and they will be more conscious of noise level.
10:18 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Male coming onto caller’s property. Caller has proof.
1:53 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Blue Toyota SUV has been parked on the side of the road for two days.
7:42 p.m. — Centerville Township — Tenant has been shining light into camera. Also terrorized an 8-year-old on the scene. Caller messaged the subject to have her stop knocking on the walls. Has spoken with deputy twice and was advised that it was civil only at this point. Caller has messaged the subject but has not spoken to her as directed by deputy.
