A Most Unreliable Narrator Issue #82 A Frank Discussion on Being Fat Part 3

Weight: A scale Mood: “I’ve got a text!” In the recent past, I wrote frank discussions on being fat (#1 and #2) and it’s time to pick up that thread. Back in February, I was super excited about TEH and I doing Noom, which concentrates more on the psychology of how you eat rather than just act as a calorie counter. It seemed to work albeit slowly. By the end of May I had lost about 20lbs and TEH lost about 50lbs. (Stupid younger men with fast metabolisms.) I felt like I was eating better and figuring things out. I was trying to exercise when my back wasn’t throwing itself out.
